ENTRY OVERRULING DEFENDANT'S OBJECTION TO MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, ADOPTING THE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, AND REVERSING AND REMANDING THIS CAUSE TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR FURTHER PROCEEDINGS: For the reasons set forth ab ove, the Court OVERRULES the Commissioner's objections to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation and hereby ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation in its entirety.
