ENTRY Discussing Motions for Summary Judgment - The joint motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Marion County and Beth White and intervening defendant the State of Indiana (dkt 86 ) is granted as to Stewart's federal claims and Stewar t's motion for summary judgment (dkt 80 ) is denied. The court will not exercise supplemental jurisdiction to resolve pendent claims under Indiana state law. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. Signed by Judge Larry J.
