October 7, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 67 ORDER granting 45 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment - Ms. Lambert has not established that she was a "qualified individual" with a disability under the ADA, and even if she were a qualified individual, the USPS did not fail to provide reasonable accommodations for her. Furthermore, she has rebutted her employer's nondiscriminatory explanations. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Summary Judgment Motion. Final judgment will issue accordingly.
