ENTRY Discussing Motion for Relief from Judgment. "Relief from a judgment under Rule 60(b) is an extraordinary remedy and is granted only in exceptional circumstances." United States v. One 1979 Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible, 770 F.2d 713, 716 (7th Cir. 1985). Moreover, relief under Rule 60 (b) is warranted "only upon a showing of extraordinary circumstances that create a substantial danger that the underlying judgment was unjust." Dickerson v. Bd. of Educ. of Ford He ights, 32 F.3d 1114, 1116 (7th Cir. 1994) (quoting Daniels v. Brennan, 887 F.2d 783 F.2d 783, 790 (7th Cir. 1989)).
