ORDER granting in part and denying in part 36 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Summary judgment is granted in favor of Defendants on all claims asserted in Plaintiff's Complaint, except for Plaintiff's breach of contract cla im regarding the reinstatement of his contracts for grass cutting and snow removal.
