Filing 36 Entry on Motion for Attorneys' Fees: For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for an award of attorney's fees 32 under the EAJA is GRANTED IN PART. Plaintiff shall be entitled to fees for 37.625 hours. Plaintiff shall have t hirty days from the date of entry of this order to provide the Court and the Commissioner additional information to support the hourly rate requested in Plaintiff's motion.
