Filing 15 ENTRY Directing Treatment of Documents - The petitioner's inquiry filed on August 19, 2011, refers to the cluster of documents received by the clerk on July 18, 2011. That cluster of documents was not related to this case, did not constitute a c omplaint such as would be sufficient to commence a new civil action, and shall be returned to the petitioner with his copy of this Entry so that he may put them to whatever use is appropriate (SEE ENTRY). (copy sent to Petitioner via U.S. Mail). Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 8/23/2011.(JKS) |
Filing 8 ENTRY - (1) The petitioner's declaration for entry of fault 7 is denied. (2) The petitioner's notice of refusal for fraud petition 5 is denied. The petitioner's motion for emergency hearing 6 is denied. The petitioner was previo usly given a period of time in which to supplement his petition for writ of habeas corpus. His filings reveal that he has received the order to supplement the habeas petition, but not that he intends to comply. His compliance with that order is essen tial. In light of the filings discussed in this Entry, the petitioner shall have through June 2, 2011, in which to supplement his petition for writ of habeas corpus as directed in Part I of the Entry issued on April 20, 2011. Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 5/18/2011. Copy to Petitioner via U.S. mail. (LBK) |
