Filing 26 ENTRY - This is an appeal from a final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("Commissioner") denying Charles F. Vaden ("Claimant" or "Mr. Vaden") benefits for Social Security Disability I nsurance and for Social Security Supplemental Security Income based on a disability onset date of February 19, 2009. The ALJ's consideration of all the matters raised by Mr. Vaden in this appeal are unavailing and the ALJ's decision with regard to any entitlement to DBI and SSI benefits under the Act was supported by substantial evidence. No legal error is found. The Commissioner's decision is without legal error and is therefore AFFIRMED. Signed by Judge Sarah Evans Barker on 3/29/2013.(CKM) |
