ENTRY Reviewing the Commissioner's Decision - The Appeals Council erred in its determination that the Migraine Report was not new and/or material evidence warranting its review of the ALJ decision. Accordingly, the Court VACATES the decision denying benefits and REMANDS this matter back to the SSA for further proceedings pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (sentence four).
