Filing 163 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 115 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment - After the Defendants filed their reply in support of their motion for summary judgment, the Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to file Surreply (dkt. no. 157 ). That motion was superseded by the Plaintiff's Corrected Motion for Leave to File Surreply (dkt. no. 159 ). The Defendants did not respond to either motion.
