ORDER denying 9 Plaintiff's Motion to Remand - The Court concludes that Defendants have shown by a preponderance of the evidence that they had a good-faith belief that more than $75,000, exclusive of interest and costs, was in controv ersy when they removed this action to federal court. The Court concludes that at the time of removal, it did not appear to a legal certainty that the amount in controversy was less than $75,000. The Court DENIES Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand.
