ENTRY - The Motion to Dismiss is DENIED, and its Motion to Compel Arbitration is GRANTED (Dkt. 14 ). The parties shall proceed with arbitration as provided by the Agreement. Because all of the matters in this suit are subject to arbitration, the underlying proceedings are STAYED pending the outcome of arbitration.
