May 8, 2013	Filing 37 ORDER - As set forth in the Court's May 1, 2013 Order, [dkt. 33 ], the Court GRANTS Ms. Vilen-Burch's Petition for Return of the Children, [dkt. 11 ]. Additionally, Ms. Vilen-Burch is awarded $23,140.76 in attorneys' fees an d costs, and in travel expenses. Judgment will enter accordingly. Mr. Burch's obligation to cooperate in securing necessary passports and travel paperwork to facilitate the return of H and S to Finland, as discussed in the Court's May 1 , 2013 Order, remains in effect until the children are returned to Finland. Additionally, neither Mr. Burch nor any person acting at his direction or in concert or participating with him shall take any action to remove H or S from the jurisdiction of this Court pending the children's return to Finland, under penalty of contempt of this Court's Order. *SEE ORDER*.
