Because the district court must abide by the orders of the Seventh Circuit in case No. 11-2817, Plaintiff is unable to p roceed with this action. The action is therefore dismissed for failure to prosecute. The dismissal is with prejudice. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. The plaintiff is reminded that there is no exception in the Order of August 30, 2011, in case No. 11-2817 for post-judgment filings or for appeals. The Order in case No. 11-2817 specifically forbids this Court from accepting documents submitted for filing by or on behalf of the Plaintiff, therefore additional filings in this action will not be accepted by the clerk of this court. Because the district court must abide by the orders of the Seventh Circuit in case No. 11-2817, Plaintiff is unable to p roceed with this action. The action is therefore dismissed for failure to prosecute. The dismissal is with prejudice. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue.
