ENTRY ON THE STATE DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS: The Court directs the Clerk to change the Plaintiff's name on the Court docket from KTSKB Enterprises, III, LLC to KTKSB Enterprises, III, LLC. Accordingly, the Court declines to exercis e its supplemental jurisdiction over KTKSB's state law claims and REMANDS this matter to the Marion County Superior Court.
