January 6, 2015	Filing 20 Entry Granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus - The petition of Dana C. Fuller-Bey, Jr. for a writ of habeas corpus challenges a prison disciplinary proceeding identified as No. ISR 13-11-0040. For the reasons explained in this Entry, Mr. Full er-Bey's habeas petition must be GRANTED. Because there was insufficient evidence of Mr. Fuller-Bey's guilt, the disciplinary finding of guilt was arbitrary and that finding and the sanctions imposed must be VACATED AND RESCINDED. Acco rdingly, Mr. Fuller-Bey's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED. No rehearing of the misconduct charged in No. ISR 13-11-0040 is permitted. This decision shall be considered with respect to the permanent modification of visiting privileges issued on November 19, 2013. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. (See Entry.)
