ORDER ON MOTION FOR PARTIAL DISMISSAL - The Court GRANTS Defendants' Motion for Partial Dismissal (Filing No. 7 ) and Count VI (conversion and fraud) of Noble Roman's, Inc.'s Complaint is dismissed. Because Count VI of the Complain t is the only claim asserted against Mr. Stevenson individually, Defendant Timothy Stevenson is dismissed from this action. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(a)(4)(A), Defendant Puzzles Fun Dome, Inc. must file its responsive pleading within fourteen days of this Order.
