Filing 95 ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT - For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff Broderick Associates, Inc.'s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Filing No. 61) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Defendants Fansteel, Inc. and American Sintered Technologies are liable to Broderick for their breach of contract for the unpaid commissions that are due to Broderick under the Agreement as well as the attorney fees and costs available under the Illinois Sales Representative Act.
