Filing 45 ORDER - The Court GRANTS Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendant PBI Bank's Affirmative Defenses, [Dkt. 22 ], and Plaintiff's Motion to Strike Defendant Michael A. Evans's Affirmative Defenses. [Dkt. 24 ] This order, however, s hall not preclude PBI nor Evans from re-pleading any defenses that, as explained above, were stricken without prejudice. Finally, after the motions to strike were fully briefed, PBI filed a Motion for Leave to File Amended Answer and Affirmative D efenses. [Dkt. 44 ] That motion is hereby DENIED, without prejudice to its resubmission in compliance with this order. PBI and/or Evans shall file any motions to amend their answers in accordance with this order within fourteen (14) days of the date of this order. **SEE ORDER**. Signed by Magistrate Judge Mark J.
