Filing 68 ORDER granting Defendants' 34 Motion to Dismiss; granting 36 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. For the reasons set forth above, the Defendants' motions for judgment on the pleadings are GRANTED on the venue claim and judgment will be entered in favor of the Defendants on that claim. The remainder of the claims in Count 1 are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law conversion claim; accordingly, it is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (S.O.). Signed by Judge William T. Lawrence on 3/1/2016.
