February 5, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ENTRY Discussing Complaint, Dimissing Plaintiffs, and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause: The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [dkt. 2] is granted to the extent that the motion is filed on behalf of Curtis Godfrey. The complaint is now subject to the screening re quirement of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). Any claims thought to be asserted by Anthony Godfrey, N.A. Chase Bank USA, and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. are dismissed and Anthony Godfrey, N.A. Chase Bank USA, and JP Morgan Cha se Bank, N.A. shall be terminated as plaintiffs on the docket. The plaintiff's "ex parte petition to vacate and stay all prior foreclosure sales and evictions" [dkt. 3] is denied for lack of jurisdiction. The complaint is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The plaintiff shall have through March 5, 2015, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed.
