The complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The plaintiff shall have throug h July 31, 2015, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
