ORDER. The Court GRANTS IN PART Mr. Rees' pending motion, [Filing No. 46], and concludes that it is appropriate for it to decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Mr. Rees' remaining state law claims. Those claims are dismissed without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c). Final judgment shall enter accordingly. (See order.) Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 5/6/2016.
