May 18, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 22 ORDER RECOMMENDING DISMISSAL OF THIS ACTION: By Order dated March 17, 2016, Plaintiff, pro se, was ordered to show cause, in writing, explaining his failure to appear for the March 14, 2016, Status Conference as ordered and indicating whether he intends to pursue his lawsuit. Plaintiff was directed to file such response by March 30, 2016. Plaintiff was further advised that failure to comply with this Court's Show Cause Order would result in this Magistrate Judge's recommendation to the District Court that his case be dismissed for failure of the Plaintiff to prosecute his claims, pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Mr. Alexander has failed to respond to this Court's Order as directed. Therefore, this Magistrate Judge recommends that Plaintiff's case be dismissed for failure of the Plaintiff to prosecute his claims, pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
