Filing 67 ENTRY ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in their favor and against Defendants Construct Solutions, Inc. and CS Roofs, Inc. Defendants are ORDERED to pay Plaintiffs a n award of damages in the amount of $1,622,910.36. Pursuant to the specific performance remedies ordered by the Court, Defendants are also ORDERED to post collateral in the amount of $724,398.00 and to provide Plaintiffs with access to Defendants' books and records.
