ENTRY Dismissing Action and Directing Entry of Final Judgment. ENTRY Assessing Initial Partial Filing Fee, Dismissing Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings. The plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [dkt. 2] is granted. The plaintiff is assessed an initial partial filing fee of Three Do llars and Ninety-Three Cents ($3.93). He shall have through January 19, 2016, in which to pay this sum to the clerk of the district court. The complaint is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. The plaintiff shall have through January 19, 2016, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
