Jenuwine, Kathryn H. Burroughs, Jeffry A. Lind, an d Shelice R. Tolbert - and John and Jane Does of the Indiana State Board of Law Examiners are DISMISSED as defendants in this action. The Clerk is directed to amend the docket to indicate that the State ex rel. Indiana Supreme Court is the only re maining defendant in this matter. The State is directed to respond to the claims remaining in the Second Amended Complaint, specifically, the Plaintiff's claims regarding the constitutionality of the bar examination and Admission and Discipline Rule 2.1, by no later than 21 days from the date of this Entry.
