ORDER - ON PENDING MOTIONS - We GRANT the 64 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the DCS Defendants on all claims against them. The claims against Defendants Jennifer Higgins and Diane Elliott are likewise dismissed. Final judgment in favor of these Defendants shall issue accordingly. We relinquish supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims against Defendants Jennifer Bays Beinart and Christopher Justice, which are hereby REMANDED to Marion Superior Court.
