Entry Discussing Motion for Summary Judgment - Plaintiff Jay Vermillion, an inmate at the Pendleton Correctional Facility, brought this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging that the defendants failed to treat him for his kidney stones and the pain associated with them. The defendants have moved for summary judgment and Mr. Vermillion has responded. For the following reasons, the motion for summary judgment, dkt. 68 , is granted. For the foregoing reasons, the defendants' motion for summary judgment, dkt. 68 , is granted. The motion for a color photograph, dkt. 97 , and motion to conduct a hearing, dkt. 147 , are denied as moot. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. (See Entry).
