Filing 23 ENTRY ON JUDICIAL REVIEW. the Court concludes that Defendant Nancy Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, erred in her decision to deny Plaintiff Harold Turner's application for Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Securi ty Income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416, 423, & 1382c(a)(3). Accordingly, this Court VACATES the Commissioner's decision and REMANDS this matter for further proceedings consistent with this entry. The Court will enter judgment accordingly.
