ENTRY GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT - Because it is undisputed that Censke's federal tort claim was received two months late, his claims are barred by the two year statute of limitations. The United States is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Therefore, the United States' Motion for Summary Judgment, dkt. 22 , must be GRANTED. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. See entry for details. Signed by Judge Tanya Walton Pratt on 9/15/2017. (Copy mailed to Plaintiff) (MEJ)
