ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION - The Seventh Circuit has emphasized that "a preliminary injunction is an exercise of a very far-reaching power, never to be indulged in except in a case clearly demanding it." IFA has not met its burden to show that this is such a case. For the reasons detailed herein, the Court DENIES the 17 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. This matter will proceed with summary judgment briefing, although the Court asks the assigned Magistrate Judge to hold a conference with the parties to determine if the parties can reach an agreed resolution.
