No. 42 ], and GRANTS defendant's motion to strike plaintiff's sur-reply [Doc. N o. 59 ]. The Clerk shall enter judgment in favor of the defendant and against plaintiff, affirming the denial of long term disability benefits to plaintiff under the defendant's plan. (See Order.)
