Filing 45 ENTRY on Defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. For the foregoing reasons, the Defendants' Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Filing No. 27 ) is GRANTED in part, and DENIED in part. Summary judgment is GRANTED on Miller 9;s negligent supervision and retention claim, and DENIED on his claim for mitigation of damages.
