ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT - Defendants' motion for summary judgment, dkt. 96 , is GRANTED. The liability limitation clause is enforceable and caps the recovery for the Shipment to $100,000.
