Filing 140 ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - For the foregoing reasons, the defendants motion for summary judgment, dkt. 95 , is GRANTED as to Mr. Kreileins due process claims. The Court relinquishes supplem ental jurisdiction over the remaining state-law claims. Final judgment consistent with this entry and the screening order of January 11, 2018 (dkt. 26) shall now issue. Mr. Kreileins federal due process claims are dismissed with prejudice, and his ex post facto claims based on Indiana state law are dismissed without prejudice (SEE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMAITON).
