Filing 27 ENTRY ON DEFENDANTS' 13 MOTION FOR JUDGMENT ON THE PLEADINGS - For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Filing No. 13 ). Stewart's claims for breach of contract and breach of contract--third party beneficiary are dismissed without prejudice. His other four claims: Fourteenth Amendment Due Process Violation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, promissory estoppel, violation of Indiana's Wage Payment Statute, Ind.
