August 16, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 13 Entry - Granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Jensen challenges a prison disciplinary proceeding identified as No. CIC 17-05-117. Because there was insufficient evidence of Mr. Jensen's guilt, the disciplinary finding of guilt was arb itrary and that finding and the sanctions imposed must be VACATED AND RESCINDED. Accordingly, Mr. Jensen's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED.Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue. Copy to Petitioner via US Mail.
