Filing 19 ORDER on defendants' 12 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. Plaintiff's ADEA, ADA, and Title VII claims are DISMISSED with prejudice and Plaintiff's EPA and Section 1981 claims are DISMISSED without prejudice to Plaint iff refiling those claims, provided she can do so consistent with her obligations under Rule 11.
