Securitas's Motion for Summary Judgment (Filing No. 42 ) is GRANTED. Because this order resolves Menard's Third-Party Complaint against Securitas, Securitas is dismissed as a party. Menard shall take nothing from its Third-Party Complaint. This matter remains scheduled for trial on October 21, 2109 on Thomas' negligence claim against Menard. (See Entry.)
