Accordingly, his motion for r elief pursuant to § 2255 is DENIED and this action is dismissed with prejudice, and the Court DENIES a certificate of appealability. Judgment consistent with this Entry shall now issue and the Clerk shall docket a copy of this Entry in No. 1:15-cr-00064-JMS-DML-1. The motion to vacate (Crim.
