ORDER - GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT; Now before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [Dkt. 75], filed on May 23, 2022, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56. For the reasons detailed, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment Dkt. 75 is GRANTED IN PART as to all claims brought against Defendant Sushma Tyagi and DENIED IN PART as to all claims brought against Defendants Vichitra Tyagi and Hoosier Broadband, LLC.
