ORDER - ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS (DKT. 19) AND TO TRANSFER (DKT. 16); Defendants' motion to dismiss, Dkt. 19 , is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART: The motion is GRANTED as to Counts II and III of the complaint, Dkt. 15 , which are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Defendants Henken and Boies are DISMISSED because no claims against them remain pending. The motion is DENIED as to Count I of the complaint and as to Defendants Kotchen and Kotchen & Low. Plaintiff's motion to transfer, Dkt. 16 , is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED TO TRANSFER this case to the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
