The clerk is directed to also re-docket Kimberlin's Submission of Petitioner's Supplement with New Authorities on the Issue of Microscopic Hair Evidence, Dkt. 81 , in Case No. 1:79-cr-00007-TWP-MJD-1. The &# 167; 2255 motion, Dkt. 2 , shall also be terminated in the underlying criminal action Case No. 1:79-cr-00007-TWP-MJD-1.
