Filing 9 Order Screening and Dismissing Complaint and Directing Plaintiff to Show Cause - Any claim related to a violation of IDOC policy, rules, and procedures is dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Accordingly, Mr. Lee& #039;s complaint must be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b). The plaintiff shall have through August 20, 2018, in which to show cause why this action should not be dismisse d for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. If the plaintiff wishes to amend his complaint, he shall place the proper case number, 1:18-cv-01943-TWP-MPB, and the words "Amended Complaint" on the first page of the amended complaint.
