July 19, 2018 Filing 3 ENTRY DIRECTING PAYMENT OF FILING FEE - Mr. Pringle shall have through August 24, 2018, in which to pay the $400.00 filing fee for this civil action. Failure to do so will result in dismissal of this action. Furthermore, Mr. Pringle's complaint is that the Madison County Circuit Court has not ruled on a petition for writ of habeas corpus he filed there on March 19, 2018. The Court takesjudicial notice of the chronological case summary in Bartholomew County Case No. 03D01-1805-MI-002386 which shows that the plaintiff's petition for writ of habeas corpus was transferred from Madison County to Bartholomew County on May 1, 2018, after the defendant moved to transfer venue to the county of conviction. A review of the chronological case summary in the Bartholomew County case also shows that the case is set for hearing on August 29, 2018. Copy sent to Plaintiff via US Mail.
