ENTRY DISMISSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AND DIRECTING ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT - On August 22, 2018, the Court ordered Brandi Canterbury to show cause by September 21, 2018, why her petition for a writ of habeas corpus should not be dismissed because it indicates that the prison disciplinary action she seeks to challenge resulted in no deprivation of good time credits or demotion in credit-earning class. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Brandi Jo Ellen Canterbury's petition for a writ of habeas corpus challenges her conviction in a prison disciplinary proceeding identified by case number IWP-18-04-0006. Ms. Canterbury's petition indicates that she was not deprived of earned credit time or demoted in credit-earning class due to her disciplinary conviction. See Dkt. No. #1 at 1.
