Order to Show Cause - Discipline Case - Although more than one disciplinary action is mentioned in Theodore Briscoe's petition for a writ of habeas corpus, the Court construes his petition as a due process challenge to his disciplinary conviction in case number IYC 18-07-0035 for battery on July 14, 2018. If the petitioner disagrees with this, he shall notify the Court not later than September 24, 2018. The petitioner shall have through October 1, 2018, in which to either pay the $5.00 filing fee for this action or demonstrate his financial inability to do so. The custodian of petitioner is directed to answer the allegations of the petition for a writ of habeas corpus and in doing so shall show cause why the relief sought by the petitioner should not be granted.
