ORDER - On November 19, 2018, Judge James Patrick Hanlon issued an Order consolidating a case pending before him, Dexas International, Ltd. v. Menard, Inc., Cause No. 1:18-cv-01105-JPH-MPB ("Dexas I"), with this case. [Filing No. 36 in Dexas I.] The parties in Dexas I agreed that consolidation was appropriate, and the Motion to Consolidate was filed on an agreed basis. [Filing No. 34 in Dexas I.] The Court in this case became aware of the consolidation despite the parties' failure to file in this case a notice of the Dexas I Motion to Consolidate, as required by Local Rule 42-1(b). The parties are cautioned that compliance with the Court's Local Rules is expected and required. In light of the consolidation of this case with Dexas I, the Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case.
