December 20, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ENTRY - Screening Complaint and Directing Further Proceedings; The plaintiff is a prisoner currently incarcerated at Pendleton Correctional Facility. Because the plaintiff is a "prisoner" as defined by 28 U.S.C. 1915A(c), this Court has an obligation under 28 U.S.C. 1915A(b) to screen his complaint before service on the defendants. Any procedural due process claims against Officer Stamper, Officer King, and Mr. Lyttle are dismissed. Second, the plaintiff's retaliation claims against defendants Officer King and Mr. Lyttle are dismissed. The clerk is designated pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(3) to issue process to defendants Sergeant Brian Martz and Misty Stamper in the manner specified by Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(d). Process shall consist of the complaint (docket 1), the Order severing misjoined claims (docket 3), applicable forms (Notice of Lawsuit and Request for Waiver of Service of Summons and Waiver of Service of Summons), and this Entry.
